Return Policy
We will gladly refund the full purchase price if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days, if accompanied by a receipt. Store credit for the current price will be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 90 days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and returned to our store. All live animal sales are final. Fresh water fish come with a 72 hour health guarantee. Parakeets, Lovebirds, Cockatiels and other small birds come with a 14 Day Health Guarantee. Animals such as Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Chinchillas, Hamsters, and Hedgehogs come with a 14 Day Health Guarantee. No Returns on used aquariums, cages and open supplies. No Return on Light bulbs. No returns on dog beds, plastic kennels and carriers, wire dog crates, small animal cages, and bird cages. Opened Dog Food may be returned for store credit. Online order purchases will be returned back to the original form of payment used.
